Application crash via crafted-file null dereference

Null pointer dereference in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 21.007.20099 and earlier allows attackers to crash the application with a crafted PDF file. Adobe has not disclosed the parser component or the invalid pointer operation triggered while the crafted file is parsed. Exploitation requires a victim to open the malicious file, and the documented consequence is limited to terminating Reader in the current user's context.
