Read-write privilege escalation via HTML password exposure

Credential disclosure in Ivanti Pulse Secure Pulse Connect Secure before 9.1R12 allows remote authenticated users to gain write access. The targets.cgi page at Maintenance > Push Configuration > Targets > Target Name embeds the configured administrator password in its HTML source. A read-only administrative account can retrieve that password through the management interface and use the exposed credential to assume a read-write administrative role.
