Arbitrary file upload in Zoho ManageEngine CloudSecurityPlus before Build 4117 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The updatePersonalizeSettings Struts action bypasses URL-path security rules and accepts a double-extension JSP as an image upload. A valid session and one crafted request are required; the uploaded JSP executes with the application server's privileges.
