SYSTEM code execution via unauthorized RPC method

Improper access control in Wondershare Dr.Fone 12.0.7 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. ElevationService.exe exposes a MessagePack RPC system_s method that passes caller-supplied program and argument strings to a process launcher without authorization. A low-privileged Windows session with network access to TCP port 12345 is sufficient, and successful exploitation runs the chosen process as SYSTEM.
