Reflected XSS via unsanitized s parameter
Published Jan 6, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in emlog Pro 1.0.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via the s parameter. The admin/globals.php handler reads the s query value and applies addslashes without HTML cleaning before the value enters the admin-path flow. No authentication is required, but a user must open the crafted request; exploitation runs attacker-controlled HTML or script in that user's browser context.
