Unauthenticated file upload via savepng.php
Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jul 1, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Digital Zoom Studio ZoomSounds before 6.05 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files to the web server. The publicly reachable savepng.php endpoint uses a request-supplied location value to write the submitted body without authentication or file-type restrictions. Network access to the WordPress plugin path is sufficient to place attacker-chosen PHP content within the site and execute it under the web service account.
