Process crash via out-of-bounds decisionmap reads

Heap-buffer overflows in libsolv before 0.7.17 allow attackers to crash a consuming process with crafted dependency-test data. resolve_dependencies reads decisionmap at unchecked indexes derived from solver data after newly added solvables invalidate the map's size assumptions. The demonstrated trigger requires testsolv to process a malformed test case that adds repositories or changes the system after solver state exists.
