Stored XSS in RosarioSIS before 4.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via Markdown fields. SanitizeMarkDown cleans generated HTML but converts it back to Markdown without sanitizing the reconstructed text, allowing HTML entities to conceal a payload. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to store crafted Markdown and a user to view the affected page, enabling browser-session data access or actions as that user.
