Stored script execution via unvalidated name parameter

Stored XSS in Delta Electronics DIAEnergie 1.7.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script through a crafted name value. HandlerEnergyType.ashx accepts the name parameter without sufficient validation, allowing injected script content to be stored and later served. No authentication is required to submit the value, but browser-side impact occurs when a user views the affected content.
