Authentication bypass in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 12002 and earlier allows remote attackers to access administrative settings via crafted URLs. An improperly configured list-view state filter routes a crafted URL to an authenticated servlet without enforcing authentication. The flaw affects all on-premises editions; APIs and other URL calls are unaffected, while specified configuration data can be read or changed.
