XXE in GE Vernova ToolboxST before 07.09.07C allows remote attackers to read arbitrary data via crafted XML project or template files. The XML parser accepts unsanitized DTD parameter entities and resolves external references through an out-of-band request. The parser must process attacker-controlled XML; disclosure is limited to data accessible from the affected node.
