Process-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds JT file read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens JT Utilities before 13.1.1.0 allows attackers to disclose process memory via a crafted JT file. The same JTTK parser defect affects JT Open Toolkit before 11.1.1.0, reading past the end of an allocated buffer while decoding malformed JT content. A user must open the file in an affected application; exposure is limited to information available in the current process.
