Process-memory disclosure via out-of-bounds JT parsing

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens JT Utilities before 13.1.1.0 and JT Open Toolkit before 11.1.1.0 allows attackers to disclose process memory. The JTTK library's JT-file parser reads past the end of an allocated buffer while decoding a specially crafted file, exposing adjacent data from the current process. Attackers must convince a user to open the file with an affected product; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
