CVE-2021-44393Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Device reboot via non-object GetIsp parameter

Published Jan 28, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025

Improper input validation in the Reolink RLC-410W 3.0.0.136_20121102 allows remote attackers to reboot the camera via HTTP. The GetIsp parser treats its param value as a JSON object and invokes the subscription operator without checking its type, triggering an assertion when a string is supplied. The request requires no authentication, and the failed cgiserver.cgi heartbeat causes the entire camera to reboot.
