Unauthenticated reboot via SetP2p type confusion

Denial of service in Reolink RLC-410W 3.0.0.136_20121102 allows remote attackers to reboot the camera via a crafted HTTP request. The cgiserver.cgi SetP2p parser assumes that param is a JSON object and applies Json::Value::operator[] to a string, triggering an assertion that stops the heartbeat. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the lost heartbeat reboots the entire camera rather than only restarting the CGI process.
