Authenticated file disclosure via traversal filter bypass

Path traversal in Naviwebs Navigate CMS 2.9 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through the download endpoint. The core.php sanitizer removes ../ substrings only once, so crafted id values containing ....// collapse into traversal segments after filtering. A valid session identifier is required, and exposed files can include operating-system data and application configuration containing database credentials.
