Memory corruption via out-of-bounds Huffman table write

Heap buffer overflow in ok-file-formats dev allows local users to corrupt process memory by processing a crafted JPEG file. The ok_jpg_generate_huffman_table function accesses huff->code[j - 1] beyond the decoder object's allocated heap range. The application must invoke the JPEG decoder on an attacker-supplied file; memory corruption is demonstrated, but code execution is not established.
