Process termination via JPEG conversion buffer underwrite

Heap-buffer overflow in ok-file-formats 97f78ca allows attackers to corrupt memory by having an application decode a crafted JPEG. The ok_jpg_convert_YCbCr_to_RGB() converter writes an output byte 436 bytes before its allocated image buffer while processing malformed scan data. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass the file to the decoder; the demonstrated consequence is process termination from heap corruption.
