Build-host environment disclosure via bundle serialization

Information disclosure in ColdBox Elixir 3.1.6 allows attackers to read build-host environment variables from generated JavaScript bundles. The default configuration passes every process.env key and value to Webpack DefinePlugin, which serializes the complete build environment into client-delivered code. An attacker must obtain an affected generated bundle; disclosed values include any secrets present in the build process environment.
