Administrative takeover via cross-context CSRF token

Cross-site request forgery in GNU Mailman before 2.1.38 allows remote authenticated users to change list administration settings. The admin and admindb handlers accept a CSRF token obtained from a lower-privilege admindb or options page in a crafted POST rather than binding it to the requested privilege context. Exploitation requires list-member or moderator access and an administrator who submits the crafted request; the attacker can replace the list administrator password or alter other list settings.
