DLL hijacking in affected Windows builds of Acronis Cyber Protect products allows local users to interrupt protection services. Acronis identifies an uncontrolled DLL search path but has not disclosed the executable, library name, or searched directory. Local access and user interaction are required; the vendor reports denial of service without identifying whether the outcome is a crash, hang, or restart.
