Code execution in Reprise RLM 14.2 allows remote authenticated users to run arbitrary binaries through the administrative webserver. The license-file editor accepts an ISV directive naming a user-chosen executable and arguments, and RLM launches that program without an allowlist. Administrative access is required; execution occurs at server startup or when Reread/Restart Servers processes the edited license file.
