Account takeover via unauthenticated password change

Authentication bypass in Reprise RLM 14.2 allows remote attackers to change any existing user's password without signing in. The /goform/change_password_process endpoint accepts a target username and replacement password without verifying authentication or authorization. Knowledge of a valid username is sufficient to lock out that user and obtain full access to the account under the replacement password.
