Arbitrary file read via semicolon path traversal

Path traversal in Caucho Resin 4.0.52 through 4.0.56 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via semicolon-bearing HTTP paths. Resin's HTTP path handling accepts a semicolon before protected WEB-INF resources and resolves the request without enforcing the intended path restriction. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed consequence is file disclosure rather than modification or service interruption.
