SQL injection via unsanitized comment sort order
Published Apr 1, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in Pagekit 1.0.18 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through comment-list ordering. SettingsController::configAction accepts a comment sort-order value, saves it without validation, and later concatenates it directly into an SQL query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected statements execute with the application's database privileges.
