Authenticated command execution via uploaded shell script

OS command injection in C-DATA ONU4FERW 2.1.13_X139 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted file. The formImportOMCIShell handler writes the uploaded body to /tmp/omcishell and passes that file directly to /bin/sh without validating its contents. Access requires the device's e8c or adminisp debugging account, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied shell commands on the ONU.
