Remote code execution via double-extension image upload

Unrestricted file upload in SPIP 4.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a malicious image. SPIP's document-upload validation accepts a crafted double-extension image as safe, leaving server-executable content reachable when opened. An account able to upload and open an image is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with the web service's privileges.
