Stored XSS via MIME-spoofed icon upload

Stored XSS in UiPath App Studio 21.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through uploaded App icons. The icon-upload flow accepts an arbitrary file after its MIME type is changed in a subsequent HTTP request, then stores and serves it to other users. Minimal application privileges and App-creation access are required, and another user in the same organization must retrieve the malicious icon.
