PIN lockout bypass via reload-reset attempt counter

Authentication bypass in Ionic Identity Vault 5.0.0 through 5.0.6 allows physically proximate attackers to retry vault PINs without limit. Closing and reopening the host app before the failure threshold resets the failed-attempt counter instead of preserving it across reloads. Physical access and the ability to restart the app are required; repeated guesses can recover the vault PIN and expose protected vault data.
