Settings modification via missing nonce validation
Published Jul 1, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Remove Schema 1.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify plugin settings through a forged request. The validate() function processes settings-changing input without correctly validating a request nonce. A site administrator must be logged in and induced to click a malicious link; exploitation alters only the plugin's schema-removal settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
