Post style manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published Jul 1, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in AnalogWP Style Kits for Elementor 1.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter post style kits. The update_posts_stylekit() function accepts forged state-changing requests without correctly validating a nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or otherwise submit the forged request.
