Unrestricted file copy in SysAid ITIL 20.4.74 b10 allows remote authenticated users to copy arbitrary server files via HTTP POST. The UserSelfServiceSettings.jsp endpoint accepts tempFile and fileName parameters without restricting the source path or destination name, placing selected files in the web root. An authenticated account is required, and the operation can overwrite web-accessible content, creating a direct integrity impact without stated service interruption.
