SSRF in Atlassian Jira Service Management affected releases allows remote authenticated users to read internal network resources. The Insight CSV-import path sends server-side requests to attacker-selected resource locations without preventing access to internal destinations. Reachability requires authentication and user interaction; EC2 deployments expose metadata credentials and other confidential content.
