Unauthorized web actions via request-origin validation failure

Cross-site request forgery in Elcomplus SmartPTT SCADA Server 1.4 allows attackers to submit unintended requests through its web application. The web application does not sufficiently verify that a well-formed request was intentionally submitted by the user whose session processes it. A victim session must process the attacker-induced request, but CISA has not published the affected endpoints, operations, or resulting data and control effects.
