Cross-library data disclosure via unscoped token cache

Authorization bypass in Haiwen Seafile Server Community before 8.0.8 and Pro before 8.0.15 allows remote attackers to read library data. The seaf-server token cache accepts a presented sync token without verifying that it is bound to the library UUID in the request URL. Exploitation requires a valid sync token and prior knowledge of another library's random UUID, and it exposes that library's data without reported write access.
