Code execution via zero-count DWARF abbreviation underflow

Out-of-bounds write in Rizin 0.3.1 and earlier allows local users to crash the process or execute code through a crafted AMD64 ELF file. In parse_die(), a zero DWARF abbreviation count underflows abbrev->count - 1, so the loop writes a 40-byte attribute past a zero-length allocation. The target must open and analyze an AMD64 ELF file containing crafted DWARF debug information; the demonstrated proof of concept aborts under AddressSanitizer.
