Authenticated internal resource access via one-time URL validation

SSRF in Redash 10.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reach internal resources through URL-loading data sources. The affected query runners perform a one-time private-address check and then send the supplied URL through Requests, leaving destination changes unchecked. Exploitation requires permission to use an enabled URL-loading data source and allows access to resources reachable from the Redash server.
