Browser-context script execution via localization input
Published Jan 13, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.10.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. The Edit Tag page stores Localization input in a vulnerable form field without neutralizing injected script before rendering it. Exploitation requires privileges to submit localization data and a victim to browse the affected page, where the script executes in the victim's browser context.
