Database compromise via interpolated patient form fields

SQL injection in Projectworlds Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to compromise its database via add_patient.php. The page passes five POST fields to helpers that apply HTML encoding and then interpolate the resulting values directly into SQL INSERT statements. A patient account and a crafted form submission are required; successful exploitation permits database reads or writes and can lead to server-side code execution.
