Plaintext password storage in Dell Enterprise Storage Analytics 4.0.1 through 6.2.1 allows local users to disclose stored credentials. Dell has not disclosed the storage location or code path; the product persists certain user credentials without encryption. Administrators with high local privileges can recover those credentials and reuse them with the compromised account's privileges.
