Process-memory disclosure via LibJpeg source-manager misuse

Out-of-bounds read in Open Design Alliance PRC SDK before 2022.11 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted U3D file. The U3D parser incorrectly uses the LibJpeg source manager, allowing crafted data to drive a read past the end of an allocated buffer. Exploitation requires the malicious file to be converted to PRC by an affected application; the read exposes memory and supports code execution only when chained with another flaw.
