XXE in Jenkins Project pom2config Plugin 1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read controller secrets or cause SSRF. The Pom2Config class accepts a crafted POM whose external-entity URI is dereferenced by the XML parser and incorporated into the parsed document. Overall/Read and Item/Read permissions are required, and parsing occurs as the Jenkins service account, exposing readable controller data or enabling server-side requests.
