Project information disclosure via fixed encryption secrets

Hard-coded credentials in KNX ETS6 through 6.0.0 allow local users to read project information from the local project store. Project XML attributes use AES-256-CBC with a key and IV derived from the fixed ETS5Password password and Ivan Medvedev salt instead of the project password. Access requires local read access to the project store; the vendor disputes that securely storing unexported key material is ETS's responsibility.
