Signature forgery via unchecked zero components

Improper ECDSA signature verification in Stark Bank ecdsa-java 1.0.0 allows attackers to forge signatures for arbitrary messages. The Ecdsa.verify method passes unvalidated r and s values into modular inversion and point multiplication, so zero components satisfy the final equality check. Any application that trusts this verifier can accept attacker-chosen content as authentic without the corresponding private key.
