Service interruption via RTPS discovery amplification

Network amplification in Twin Oaks Computing CoreDX DDS before 5.9.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with crafted packets. RTPS discovery trusts a spoofable participant locator and repeatedly sends replies until acknowledgment, amplifying one small UDP request into substantially more reflected traffic. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient; the traffic can exhaust network capacity, and published assessments disagree on limited information exposure.
