Tab crash via structured-clone size truncation

Heap buffer overflow in Mozilla Firefox before 95, Firefox ESR before 91.4.0, and Thunderbird before 91.4.0 allows remote attackers to crash a tab. nsStructuredCloneContainer::GetDataAsBase64 truncates a 64-bit structured-clone size to 32 bits, allocates an undersized string buffer, and writes beyond the heap allocation. Triggering the flaw requires user interaction with crafted content that requests an unusually large structured-clone conversion; Thunderbird disables scripting while reading email, limiting direct email exposure.
