CVE-2021-43483Public exploit

Configuration disclosure and modification via unauthenticated endpoints

Published Apr 8, 2022 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Missing authentication in CLARO KAON CG3000 1.00.67 allows remote attackers to read or alter Wi-Fi configuration over the local network. Two Wi-Fi configuration endpoints return data without authenticating the requester, and the corresponding POST operation accepts configuration changes without an authentication check. Access requires connectivity to the router's network and exposes or changes the SSID, password, visibility, and related wireless settings.
