Broken access control in Sunnet Technology eHRD CTMS 8 and 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via account management. The account-management authorization layer accepts a general-user session at a specific management URL and exposes functions reserved for elevated accounts. General-user credentials are required; successful exploitation grants system control and can interrupt services.
