Unauthenticated system-file disclosure via URL traversal

Path traversal in Sunnet Technology eHRD CTMS 8 and 9 allows remote attackers to download system files via crafted URLs. The URL-processing path fails to filter traversal special characters before resolving requests against restricted filesystem paths. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose readable system information without altering it.
