LDAP query manipulation via unsanitized login username

LDAP injection in Apache Traffic Control Traffic Ops 5.1.0 through 5.1.3 and 6.0.0 allows remote attackers to alter LDAP queries via POST /login. The login handler inserts a specially crafted username into an LDAP filter without neutralizing LDAP metacharacters, changing the directory query executed during authentication. The endpoint is unauthenticated and exists in every API version, but Apache has not published the exact post-injection consequence and reachability depends on LDAP-backed authentication.
